Online Portal

It’s finally here after popular demand!

Our new computer system is in place, and we are finally keeping up with the times and can officially have our clients schedule online! The program is called JaneApp, and if you go to ohz.janeapp.com (without the www.) you can create a login to your own portal where you can update your contact info, have access to your appointments, and choose your preferences for email/text reminders for your appointments. You will also have a direct link when/if you get communication/reminders from us and there is a link on our website as well. Your login email should match the email we have in our system, so please confirm if we have the right one.

The portal site is very user friendly and will allow you to book your next appointment, view your previous and upcoming appointments, and you can also choose to link the appointments with your calendar that you already use on whatever device you’d like. On the site, please update your contact info and preferences so that we can communicate with you properly.

When making an appointment online, you can select the “type” of appointment you need. For most patients, ‘Chiropractic Adjustment’ will be the choice. If you just want a quick nutrition re-check without an adjustment, that is also an option; and if you want both nutrition and chiropractic, that is its own choice. It is very important to select the right type of treatment for you to allow sufficient time, so let us know if you don’t know which one to pick. The last option for appointment types is a new patient visit. If you are referring someone to our office, they can go to ohz.janeapp.com and schedule themselves if they’d like. They can even fill out the new patient intake form online. If you are making an appointment online and the time you need isn’t available, you can add yourself to a wait list and we will contact you if it opens. Making appointments in advance while you are in the office will still always be the preferred method, and we still encourage to call if you are having an emergency.

Appointment reminders will automatically email you 2 days before your appointment and will text you 2 hours beforehand as a last-minute reminder as well. If you do not get them and would like them, please let us know. If you do not wish to receive them, you can opt out any time or just let us know and we’ll set it up to work best for you. Please be patient as we incorporate these new changes. You may get more communication than you’d like and can opt in/out at any time. We are very open to feedback as to how the system is helping.

We hope this makes things easier and more convenient for everyone and limits the volatility of our schedule so we can accommodate as many of you as possible and minimize how many people miss appointment times that could have been used by another patient.
