Upcoming Changes!

New Year, New Changes!

Happy New Year from OHZ! As we start the new year, everyone becomes focused on resolutions, goals, and how to make 2022 a better year than previous. When it comes to your health, the never-ending goals are always there, as we all continually strive towards better health. In today’s world, we are in constant need of support so we can handle the stressors of daily life. The support we need is different for each situation; sometimes it’s chiropractic care, sometimes it’s supplements to help if you are sick, and other times it is support for your overall mental/emotional well-being as we deal with the stress of life. Any way you need support, OHZ is always here for you!

The new year brings new changes for OHZ as well. We are continually growing and evolving to be able to help more people. 2022 brings a significant change to the administrative side of OHZ- a new software program! The new program, which is called Jane, or Jane App, will allow us to better track our schedule, charts, inventory, etc. It is a cloud-based software which will (in the near future) allow for patients to have access to their upcoming appointments, online scheduling, online payment/pre-pay, and text and/or email reminders for your appointments.

As with most tech-based things of this nature, you will be able to use it to your ability; and opt in/out of things you don’t need. We will still encourage you to make appointments in advance, preferably when you are in the office so we can get them scheduled properly on your desired day and time. With this switch, we want to confirm your contact details, so we may be asking you to update your information in the upcoming weeks, either in person or via email. Everything should be set-up and ready to use by next month!

We are so excited for this change! It will allow us to continue to better serve you; and continue the growth of OHZ as our goal is to always be helping as many people as possible! Stay tuned for more info as we unveil the new features!

Yours in health,

Dr. J.
