Happy Holidays!

2020 is finally coming to an end! It was quite a stressful year for most people, our priorities have evolved, and we’ve been forced to put things in a new perspective. One thing that stands out as we move into the new year is that it can be very difficult to take care of ourselves and our health. During the worst health crisis of our lifetime, we have seemed to lose sight of what is important when it comes to being healthy and the new year is a great time to re-focus on the core fundamentals of supporting your health.

I can’t stress the basics enough- if you want to change your health, it is very simple, albeit very difficult. We know that proper diet and exercise are key, and in addition we always recommend chiropractic care (obviously) and nutritional supplements. The other key factors are things like water intake/hydration, quality sleep, and possibly the most important: reducing stress! Reducing stress is inherently very difficult; but getting your body healthy will help you handle your stress better- all of the basics listed above lead you on that path, and specific support may be needed for your adrenal glands, hormone balancing, immune system health, energy production, and/or a lot more! We have the tools and supplements to help with all your needs, all you need to do is shift your focus back to taking care of yourselves and your families! For many, the holidays are a time for gifts, and there is no greater gift than the gift of health.

As a reminder, there are some changes happening with our fees and our schedule. The adjustment fee is only a $5 increase, and that is our only financial change. Discounted pre-pay packages for adjustments will still be available. Our new office hours are as follows:

Monday: 9-6 Tuesday: 12-6 Wednesday: 9-6 Thursday: 12-6 Fri-Sun: Closed

We will continue to try to be flexible on the days we are open, especially for emergencies, but we want to encourage everyone to make all their appointments in advance as timeslots are limited. We also request that if you are going to miss an appointment or need to reschedule, please do so as far in advance as possible as we have a waiting list of people who may be able to take that timeslot. Super Tuesday sale days will remain the same for now, with the potential of some modified hours in the future. During office hours, we are always available via phone and email. Outside of office hours, we ask that you leave a message, and we will return calls and emails as soon as we get them, but sometimes that isn’t until the next time our office is open. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, we are always here to help!

Yours in health,

Dr. J.
